Lo Presti Ventura

Lo Presti Ventura provided full project and event management support for Fuse Sport & Entertainment (part of the OMD Group) and Nissan's premium automotive brand Infiniti for their Centre Opening project in Europe, and the launch of the inaugural Infiniti International Digital Art Competition with Designboom (a leading online design magazine). The "Infiniti Reveal Gallery" was the centrepiece of the openings, involving unique digital art installations created by artists from around the world on display along with the Red Bull Racing F1 car and gallery of fashion photographs by the world-renowned photographer J. Cochin.

Up to 500 guests, VIPs and press attended the exclusive Centre Opening events in Manchester, Leeds, Madrid, Luxembourg, Marseille, and Vienna. The Marseille event included an award ceremony for Infiniti's first worldwide Digital Art competition with a stunning live performance by Cirque du Soleil enjoyed by over 400 guests including members of the press and top players from Olympique Marseille.

Julia Lo Presti Ventura acted as the Project & Event Manager and her responsibilities included:

• Project Manager: overall project management and process;
• Primary liaison with Infiniti Europe Management, Head of Fuse Events OMD International Media team, and their Technical Partner, Oil Productions Ltd (responsible for the digital/video/audio productions and installations on site at each event);
• Primary liaison with Infiniti's various agencies, teams (Event, Marketing and PR), and their business partners (pan-European dealers);
• Primary liaison with Prism (Infiniti's sponsor agency partner) to co-ordinate and manage the F1 Red Bull assets on display at each event (World Champion 2011 Sebastian Vettel F1 show car and assorted F1 and Sebastian Vettel kit);
• Primary liaison with finalists for the Infiniti Digital Art competition for the award ceremony in Marseille, including travel arrangements and production of printed program material;
• Responsible for the overall management and delivery of the Pan-European events;
